Tuokexun in Xinjiang is most famous for its noodle. Tuokexun noodle is called the first noodle in Xinjiang. The chewy noodle is the pride of the locals. Not only are there many noodle restaurants in the county town, but there is also a noodle street in the high-speed service area. The noodle restaurant with numbers as its signboard is a unique scenery here. Axing drove 2 hours across the desert mountains, just to taste a bowl of delicious noodle with oily meat.
