青藏高原的秋天美得像画一样，高山树林小溪，还有农忙的人们。青海西宁的农村国道边，有做特色美食焜锅馍馍的农家，麦秆烧制的大馍馍有一种天然的麦香味。凌晨5点西宁已经苏醒了，阿星拿着馍馍去吃早餐牛杂汤，肥嫩的牛杂鲜美的浓汤，寒冷的天气喝一碗很是舒坦。
