陕西乾县的临平镇，处于关中四县交界处，自古就是交通要道，南来北往之间产生了很多美食，逐渐形成了小镇美食一条街。这里的乡村美食虽然是一些摊位，但是都是几代传承的老味道。油粉就是槟豆做的凉粉，浇入鲜艳红亮的辣椒油，入口酸辣开胃。三代经营的腊汁肉，大片的卤肉配馒头，咸香可口。现炸小油糕，热热的红糖汁都是满满的甜蜜感。还有特色乾县锅盔羊肉泡馍，整碗大片的羊肉不得不让人感慨陕西人的实在。
