Liupanshui in Guizhou is known as the cool city of China because of its abundant rainfall and pleasant temperature, but the city surrounded by mountains is not lacking in liveliness. The ancient town of Shuicheng is crowded with people enjoying the cool air at night in summer. There are not only colorful activities but also delicious food. Axing tasted Liupanshui’s special mutton noodle. The soup is rich and delicious, and the red oil chili rice noodles are soft.
