重庆万州的早市,除了吃一碗杂酱面,包子也很受欢迎,五花八门的包子铺遍布万州,阿星挑选两家很有名的本地包子一一品尝。26年的甘家院曾包子,只卖一种馅,酱肉包子皮喧馅足,红色的油汁浸透包子皮,咬一口香润满足,搭配了熬得乳白的筒骨汤解腻,街坊早上排队吃包子。还有小桃园的灌汤包,现点现包,肉冻入馅,包子上留小孔形成汤汁,搭配海带汤也是不错的选择。
