云南的美食中，西双版纳美食独树一帜，特别是在一些村寨中，有很多傣族农家乐，不仅能尝到地道的傣家菜，还能领略少数民族风情。阿星来到距离景洪市一个小时车程的勐养镇曼掌村，吃到特色美食牛肉撒撇，用牛苦肠和涮涮辣熬的汤，喝一口很过瘾。还有被称作喃咪的蔬菜蘸酱，香甜菠萝饭，都是热带的特色小吃。
Among the cuisines of Yunnan, Xishuangbanna cuisine is unique. Especially in some villages, there are many Dai farmhouses restaurant. You can not only taste the authentic Dai cuisine, but also appreciate the customs of ethnic minorities. Axing came to Manzhang Village, Mengyang Town, an hour’s drive from Jinghong City. He ate the special delicacy Sapie, boiled with cow’s bitter sausages and Shuanshuan chili. It was very enjoyable to drink. There is also a vegetable dipping sauce called Nan Mi and sweet pineapple rice, both of which are tropical snacks.
