都说四川大竹县的面条有名，吃过大竹的面就不再想别的面了。二两韭叶宽的干面煮沸，各种调味料打底，浓重的辣椒和猪油，再浇上深色的肉块杂酱，一搅拌浓香四溢，早上来一碗瞬间就清醒了。街头的小吃凉虾，放了熬制的红糖浆还有大柳醪糟，惹得老人小孩赶过来解馋。袖珍的小炉子烤制的扁扁肉更是本地人小时候的回忆。在哈儿司令的老家清河古镇，到处都是晾晒的苎麻，半洋半中的骑楼老街下面还有好吃的羊肉。
It is said that Dazhu County, Sichuan is famous for its noodles. Once you have eaten Dazhu noodles, you will no longer think about other noodles. Two tales of dry noodles as wide as leek leaves are boiled, with a base of various seasonings, thick chili and lard, and then poured with dark meat sauce. Once stirred, the aroma is overflowing. A bowl of it in the morning will instantly wake you up. The street snack cold shrimp is filled with boiled brown syrup and Da Liu fermented glutinous rice, which makes the elderly and children rush over to satisfy their cravings. The flat pork roasted in a small pocket-sized stove is a memory of the locals’ childhood. In Qinghe Ancient Town, the hometown of Commander Haer, there are dried ramie everywhere, and delicious mutton can be found under the half-Western and half-Chinese arcade old street.
