大西北也有精致的早茶，菜色一点不输南方早茶。近二三十年发展起来的宁夏吴忠早茶，把茶，菜，肉，饼，面融合在一起，特色八宝茶，各种北方的小吃和面点，还有热腾腾的牛肉拉面，一大早吃得悠闲自在。吃在吴忠当然不能少了一碗正宗的羊杂碎，软糯的面肺子，浓郁的汤头，让小镇上的饭馆名声远扬。吃完还可以逛一逛青铜峡，宁夏正是因为有了黄河水的灌溉，才变成了塞上江南的绿洲。
