新场古镇是成都周边的一个人气小镇，这里有一个美食很有名，是来到四川大邑必须品尝的，就是肥肠血旺。小镇老店用柴火大锅炖煮新鲜的猪血块，骨汤加肥肠慢慢煨煮的血旺又嫩又滑，是红油麻辣的川味。同样很嫩的豆花可以蘸酱拌米饭，麻辣鸡块也是鲜香入味，阿星逛古镇吃美食。
