甘肃南部地处青藏高原边缘，被誉为世界藏学府的拉卜楞寺就位于甘南藏族自治州的夏河县，这里是甘青川地区的藏传佛教文化中心。阿星来夏河县感受高原的自然风光，品尝当地的藏餐美味。拉卜楞刀什合就是石烹肚包羊肉，藏民的主食糌粑还有藏饭，红烧蕨麻猪，飘香的酥油茶，每一道都是藏式大餐。
Southern Gansu is located on the edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The Labrang Monastery, known as the World Tibetan Academy, is located in Xiahe County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, which is the cultural center of Tibetan Buddhism in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Axing comes to Xiahe County to experience the natural scenery of the plateau and taste the local Tibetan cuisine. The Labrang Daoshihe is a combination of stone-cooked belly-wrapped mutton. The staple food of Tibetans is tsampa and Tibetan rice, braised fern pig, and fragrant butter tea. Each dish is a Tibetan-style feast.
